Our developments have traditional values at heart and are architecturally designed to blend in with our beautiful local surroundings and landscapes.

Our homes are energy efficient and responsibly contribute to a smaller carbon footprint. We use the government's latest energy performance criteria through the use of the most up to date window systems, insulation and gas central heating. All houses we build are rigorously air tested, the benefit of which is the assurance of minimum heat loss and inexpensive running costs.


If you choose to buy a home from us, you can be reassured by the fact that each one of our developments exceeds the latest strict building and environmental standards.

We subscribe to the Customer Code for House Builders and our development is, of course, covered by a 10 year structural building warranty, including a 2 year defect liability. All warranties, including household appliances' and manufacturers' warranties, will be in the information pack you receive when you take possession of your new home.

Reassuringly, we are personally involved in all aspects of the build from initial groundworks to hand over of keys.


Unlike many other building companies, high quality comes as standard with us, not as an optional extra to be paid for. Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to recommend us to others!

We sincerely want your home to be everything you dreamed it would be which is why we only build houses which we would be happy to live in ourselves. We put a great deal of thought into every aspect of design and, although the general specification of fixtures and fittings is generic, each home is uniquely and perfectly conceptualised for modern living.

General structure:

  • External walls are either stone or brick with feature heads and cills.
  • Red clay pantile and natural slate roofs.
  • Internal walls are solid concrete blockwork with studded partitions.
  • Windows are handcrafted and painted with chrome ironmongery.


  • Have been individually designed for quality, efficiency and looks.
  • Choice of kitchen finishes.
  • Work surfaces and upstands are polished granite or quartz with integrated sink and splashback.
  • Neff integrated stainless steel appliances with multi-function double oven.
  • Induction hob with extractor.
  • Integrated fridge freezer.
  • Integrated dishwasher.
  • LED voltage lighting system and pelmet lighting to units.

Bathrooms / ensuites:

  • Contemporary Duravit sanitaryware in white with Hans Grohe taps.
  • Choice of Villeroy and Boch tiles.


  • A combination of natural stone tiles to kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
  • Bathrooms are tiled, using a mixture of natural stone or quartz tiling.

Doors, walls and woodwork:

  • Painted in contemporary colours to walls throughout.
  • Oak internal doors, painted external doors with chrome ironmongery.
  • Painted skirting and architraves.
  • Feature staircases with oak newel, handrail and spindles.
  • Aluminium tri-folding doors from dining area to gardens.

Lighting and electrics:

  • LED spot lighting to kitchen/ dining area.
  • Abundance of 13amp power outlet points.
  • Multiple TV and telephone points.
  • Pre wired to receive satellite TV.
  • Smoke detectors.
  • Heat detectors to kitchen.


  • Underfloor heating to ground floor areas.
